Happy Holidays

Dr.Marvin Slepian and Bill @ El Tour Finish Line November 22, 2008. Bill finishes 82 nd without training in the Oro Valley 36 Mile Event out of 1,400 starters.

Severe Pulmonary Fibrosis has limited Bill's Race Preparation.

Training Camp 2009 Begins.
See U all soon as the new year approaches.
January 18, 2009 will be the PF Chang's Rock & Roll Marathon.
A World Class event to begin the new year.
Next The NBA All Star Game here in Phoenix Mid February. Then Feb. 17th we leave for "The Tour of Califonia." We will get to train in So Cal then No Cal and then back to So Cal. As some of the Worlds very best Cyclists race from Sacremento to San Diego. Hope to visit with Lance Armstrong in hs first race back in the US. In January Astana and Lance will race in "Tour Down Under" in Adelaide, South Australia. In 2004 with Team USA we raced there as I set an Australian Games Record First Overall in the Time Trial.

2008 El Tour, then Video Shoot "Science Impossible" for the History Channel.


Top Heart Doc from The Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Marvin Slepian and Bill meet at the El Tour Finish Line Saturday November 22, 2008. Bill finished 82 nd in the Oro Valley race start out of 1,400 Cyclists with 8,700 entired in the event. Bill expected top 15 or 25 finish if not ill and unable to train.
